Bramhagyan
By Tatvadarashi Bramhapadadheesh Mahapurush Shri Anand Yogi Anandmay ji:
His holiness Shri Anand Yogi Anandmay ji was gifted a Universal mulmantra "Om Anandmay Om Shantimay" by God himself in person during Bhagwat Sakshatkar for the supreme welfare of God friendly people in the world.
His holiness Shri Anand Yogi Anandmay ji was the supreme Devotee of His Holiness Shri Jai Dayal Goyandaka ji the founder of Geeta Press in India. God also promised to Shri Anand Yogi Anandmay ji during Bhagwat Sakshatkar that anyone who will adopt this mulmantra and chant it meditatively he will get you/me as his Spiritual Guru and do selfless services in the world and eventually attain the Supreme Home.
To please the God we must enrich the following virtues within and in all our social behaviour:
Bramhagyan:
Bramhagyan is the name given to the practice of embracing divine qualities and renouncing demonic tendencies.
A great soul endowed with divine virtues and the vision of Bramha is called a Bramhagyani or Atmagyani.
To cultivate sattvic qualities is the means to attain the supreme state and liberation of the blissful Lord, Om Anandmay Prabhu Pita.
These are the seeds of nectar-fruit, sown for the harvest of supreme bliss.
1- The Divine Wisdom of Gratitude:
Gratitude- means remaining ever thankful—through thought, word, and deed—to the givers of virtues, wisdom, bliss, peace, and strength, including the blissful Lord-Father, Om Anandmay (as taught in Geeta 18/73).
It also means recognizing oneself as indebted to benefactors such as providers of wealth, laborers, trees, plants, and animals—and serving them to the best of one’s ability with care and reverence.
A truly grateful heart causes the eyes of a human to glisten with joy.
One who is unaware of the virtue of gratitude belongs to the category of animals.
If a person’s intellect does not weep before the blissful Lord-Father Om Anandmay for relief from mental afflictions like lust and anger, then their ego-driven mind will make them weep for a lifetime—due to physical, financial, or social suffering.
2- The Divine Wisdom of Patience (Dhairya):
– The mark of patience is to not let your mind or intellect become restless or stray from duty.
– A virtuous person must continuously strive to resolve all adversities with knowledge, strength, equanimity, cheerfulness, and courage.
– Do not become agitated by seeing difficulties as harmful. Instead, understand them as part of the auspicious divine plan of Om Anandamay Bhagwan (God), and practice enduring them with thoughtful reflection.
This practice is the means to attain the perfection of the quality of patience.
(Refer: Shri Geeta 2/15; 14/24; 16/3; 18/26, 43)
3- The Divine Wisdom of Contentment (Santosh):
– Contentment means gaining victory over the desire-driven mind and intellect that are influenced by sensory pleasures.
– Remember: even the demonic attachment to wealth, people, fame, honor, and prestige is rooted in the senses.
(Refer: Shri Geeta 2/55; 3/17; 4/22; 12/14, 19)
Keeping only one divine wish in my heart:
O Lord who grants contentment!
I shall give up every other desire except for selfless service and the remembrance and meditation upon my beloved Lord.
Thank you for your sincere reading and efforts to apply in your life 🙏.

ReplyDeleteThe Power of the Sacred Mantra Om Anandmay Om Shantimay gifted by God to Tatvadarashi Mahapurush Shri Anand Yogi Anandmay ji:
"Effect of chanting the mantra “ॐ Anandamay ॐ Shantimay”
Freedom from all worldly sorrows and the realization of the Supreme Being is best attained through the sincere chanting of the divine name “ॐ Anandamay ॐ Shantimay.”
Therefore, renouncing the false pleasures of this impermanent, fleeting, and perishable world, one should lovingly and selflessly chant the sacred name of the Almighty — all-powerful, just, supremely compassionate, and truly loving — with deep focus and devotion, always and forever.
Through regular practice of the “ॐ Anandamay ॐ Shantimay” mantra, the desires of the mind gradually diminish, helping one withdraw from sinful tendencies. Negative traits such as lust and anger reduce, and inner peace begins to grow. With eyes closed, deeper concentration on the blissful Lord is achieved. Worldly distractions lessen significantly. One becomes detached from sensory pleasures and feels naturally inclined toward living in solitude. Whenever great obstacles arise that disturb one’s spiritual practice, chanting the “ॐ Anandamay ॐ Shantimay” mantra with heartfelt devotion helps overcome those challenges."
Note: The sacred syllable (ॐ) in Hindi should be read and pronounced as (Om) in English. This divine mantra was gifted by God himself in person to Tatvadarashi Bramhapadadheesh Mahapurush Shri Anand Yogi Anandmay ji during Bhagwat Sakshatkar for the supreme welfare of God friendly people in the world.
